This is a plain-language privacy notice for Orion.public, provided at the point where we ask for your email (GDPR Art. 13). We keep it short because we collect almost nothing.
What we collect
- Your email address, and only if you choose to submit the subscribe form or email us to subscribe.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email solely to send you updates about the Orion build-in-public project. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form or email us to subscribe.
How it reaches us
When you submit the subscribe form, the data is transmitted through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service acting as a processor, which delivers it to our mailbox at nexus.network.ai@gmail.com (operated by Google). Your email is then stored there. We do not run third-party trackers, analytics cookies, or advertising pixels on this site.
Sharing
We never sell or share your email address. Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links to third parties who have their own privacy policies; visiting them is your choice.
Your rights & unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe any time by replying "stop" to any update, or by emailing us. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — just email nexus.network.ai@gmail.com and we'll action it.
