What quality do the photos need to be?
Any JPEG or PNG works — phone shots, DSLR files, or MLS exports. Minimum around 1 MP (most modern phones shoot 12 MP+). The higher the quality, the crisper the output. RAW files are not required or expected.
Will the music get flagged on YouTube or Instagram?
No. Every tour ships with original synthesized audio we generate from scratch — no sampled tracks, no third-party licences, and no Content ID. You can post directly to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any MLS without any copyright claim. If you prefer your own track, just include it with your photos and we'll use it instead.
How do I add my name, brokerage, and logo?
After placing your order, include your name, brokerage, and a logo file (PNG with transparent background is ideal) in the email with your photos. If you skip it, we add a clean text card on the opening frame with your name only.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
One free revision is included — email us a list of changes and we re-render. If you're still not satisfied, reply within 7 days of delivery for a full Stripe refund. No forms, no arguing.
Can I use the video on Zillow, Realtor.com, and the MLS?
Yes. You receive a standard MP4 — the same format accepted by every major listing platform: Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and virtually every MLS system. You own the video outright after delivery.

The fine print

Your photos, your rights. By ordering you confirm you own or are licensed to use the photos you send. We use them solely to produce your tour and delete them within 30 days of delivery. We never resell or repost your images.

Music. Every tour uses audio we generate ourselves from scratch (synthesized tones — no sampled or third-party tracks), so there is no external music licence for you to buy or clear. Prefer your own track? Send it and we'll use it instead.

Refunds. One free revision is included. If you're still not satisfied, email us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund via Stripe.

Privacy. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We store only your email and photos, for as long as needed to deliver and support your order.
